Notebooks and Desktop Computer

In the office I usually used notebooks I think this more practice if I compare with desktop computer because we need more space.in fact I also have the desktop computer and still used VGA monitor but when I used this computer my eyes feel tired after one hour in front of monitor,but when I used Notebooks it never mind for my eyes I think that because the notebooks have LCD monitor so the brightness not like VGA monitor.

I usually take a rest after my eyes fell hurt and go out side to refresh my mind because if my eyes fell so tired I can not express what in my mind
